Happy New Month! Welcome to the month of Love 😍🥰🥰.

Lol I know some of you will say “what’s so special” “we celebrate our love everyday” 🤣 Stop lying please. I really like this month because it just the added day to be a little extra with your partner. I think it’s cute.

The fun part for me in the past has been picking the right gift. Just watching your partner’s face light up with joy. Just looking at your man/woman smile from ear to ear, it’s really nice.

I have heard men complain about the kinds of gifts they get or not getting one at all 🤣. Ladies what is going on? The endless socks and ties 💀💀 Oh and toiletries 😭.

Gifting in general can be hard or easy depending on how well you know your partner, level of communication or how long the relationship has been. Yeah for those who celebrate this day I am sure you get what I mean.

So here are a few things and gestures I think are nice gifts ideas or activities for your partner. Bring out your notes 📝 people!

Let’s start with ladies. Lol this is easier cause well I am a woman so 🥴.

1. Flowers. PS not every woman likes flowers. Make sure she does. A lovely bouquet 💐 delivered with a lovely message. This is simple, cheap and a definite winner with most women.

2. Jewellery, Perfume, Indoor picnic, dinner date, weekend away with some wildlife or spa activity. The list is endless. The ultimate point is knowing what partner will appreciate. You cannot write letters of Romance when you know she would prefer you to fill her car up with petrol.

3. Don’t be Scared to show this Love to your partner. It show when it is a genuine gesture vs a routine “yeah let me just get something”

Ok let’s talk about the Kings. I had a poll question thing on Instagram to ask men what kinds of gifts they would like. Majority said “thoughtful”.Some Ladies I spoke to also said it can be quite easy to shop for them especially if you have been in the relationship for a while You will definitely know your person and what he would like. Ladies no ties and socks this year. Let’s be creative 🥰🤸🏾‍♀️.
